Philipp Wissing coordinates the "No SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) - Anlaufstelle zum Schutz publizistischer Arbeit in Deutschland", a Helpdesk to support German public actors against SLAPPs, commissioned by Blueprint for Free Speech e.V. Most recently, he coordinated the European project “Pioneering anti-SLAPP Training for Freedom of Expression” (PATFox) in Germany, which trains lawyers in anti-SLAPP expertise. Prior to that, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Sociology at LMU Munich. He studied at LMU Munich and SciencesPo Paris, graduating with a B.A. in political science and a M.A. in sociology.
