Aphrodite Salas is a journalist, a professor at Concordia University and the founder and director of the Climate Leadership Story Hub. The hub’s most recent project, ᑰᒃ ᑰᑦᑐᖅ The Flowing River, shares the story of an Inuit‑led transition from diesel dependency to renewable energy in the polar north. She is also part of the leadership team of Volt-Age, a $123 million national research initiative driving Canada’s electrification transition. Her work focuses on constructive climate reporting and on collaborative, decolonial approaches to journalism and media leadership.
