How do journalistic organizations navigate radical change? This hands-on workshop draws on the "Understand–Enable–Shape" model to engage with deep transformation. We explore how to rethink newsroom culture, release collective energy, and build trust through genuine participation—moving beyond mere optimization toward more sustainable futures. Participants reflect on the model in relation to their own organizations and work with it in their specific context.
