As the founder and managing partner of p4d, with over 25 years' experience, I specialise in organisational culture, transformation, future-oriented organisational development, and change management. I have extensive experience in a variety of sectors and industries, and I advocate partnership-based development. I am the founder and co-founder of consulting companies and NGOs, as well as a specialist author.
