Working to change internal systems can be emotionally exhausting. Having to make the case for something day after day, doing work that is often invisible and uncelebrated, constantly assessing which battles to fight. We talk a lot about effective processes and strategies for constructive journalism but not enough about the mental toll. In this session we will hold space for fellow change agents to share their stories, and discuss how we can sustain ourselves to keep doing this much-needed work.
