Lucas Batt is co-founder of Greater Community Media, a UK-based non-profit dedicated to supporting the development of community-centred media - a listening-first approach to journalism that builds community connection, resilience, and power. He was amongst the founding staff team at the Bristol Cable, leading on revenue, membership and community engagement. He has since supported independent media across Europe as a consultant and coordinated Reference, the European Independent Media Circle.
