Lucas Batt is co-founder of Greater Community Media, a UK-based non-profit supporting leaders to develop sustainable, community-centred newsrooms. He previously spent 7.5 years growing the Bristol Cable into a 2,800-member cooperative newspaper, and has since supported independent media across Europe as a consultant, trainer, and convenor.
