“Life is change” - my motto characterizes my professional life: sometimes freelance, sometimes full-time journalist, moved from Bavaria to “MäcPom” directly after reunification, dared to lead and then resigned from a management position and became self-employed, returned to management as a driver of change. And now early retirement and freelancing again. For almost ten years, as the director responsible for programming and member of the management board, I drove the digital transformation forward, transforming a public broadcaster into a digital communications company. In terms of content, programming, structure and culture. This meant launching, supporting and managing a number of change processes and projects. That's why I trained as a change consultant and organizational developer at the isb (Institute for SystemicConsulting) alongside my job. Now, as a freelance coach, consultant and organizational developer, I would like to pass on this experience and expertise to managers and teams in companies so that transformation succeeds and is fun.
