Dr. Gesa Maschkowski is a lecturer, presenter, author, journalist, and transition trainer. She has led nationwide projects on nutrition education and crisis communication and has conducted research on communication and behavioral change. Her dissertation was awarded a prize in 2020. She is co-founder of the Transition Initiative Bonn im Wandel e.V. (Bonn in Transition), the first community-supported agriculture project in Bonn, and co-founded and led the participatory process “Bonn4Future – Wir fürs Klima” (Bonn4Future – We for the Climate).
