Barbara Maas is a freelance journalist, trainer and coach. Her heartfelt topic: journalism that people really, really want. Her methods: Design Thinking, Futures Thinking and Systemic Coaching, Lean Startup, Scrum and other agile and creative frameworks. Her values: openness, clarity, playfulness, empathy and optimism.
Barbara works with editorial teams and educational institutions. During her fellowship at Media Lab Bayern, she developed the card set "Journalism Spaces", which supports journalists in designing constructive debate formats.
