Willemijn Dekker is Innovation Coordinator at the Dutch Journalism Fund. In this role, she is responsible for three journalism innovation programs: the Incubator, the Accelerator and the Bootcamp. In each of these programs, she challenges journalistic startups and teams from established media organizations to truly think from the audience’s perspective – and to critically examine their own assumptions. Her guiding principle: start with the problem, not the solution.
