Vivienne is a senior leader with a strong track record across the media sector and academia. She leads One World Media, a global media development charity supporting filmmakers and journalists to tell underreported stories from the Global South. A woman of colour, with ties to the Caribbean, Vivienne has championed diverse talent in media through various initiatives. She is skilled in building high-impact partnerships and leading creative, values-driven initiatives, and is known for a collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and drives meaningful change. Her recent work includes designing and delivering an award-winning programme for exiled journalists called The Refugee Journalism Project, successfully securing funding and strategic partnerships with international media and civil society. Vivienne holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies from Public Works.
