Sylvia Binner is chief of staff and head of the national/international desk at the local newspaper General-Anzeiger in Bonn. Born in Wuppertal, she studied German, history and art history and, after completing her traineeship, worked in various local editorial offices as an editor and later as local editor-in-chief. Even before her certification in change management and as a trainer, she has been interested as a member of the masthead in organizational structures and change processes in her own and other editorial departments; in the composition of teams; in the further training of journalists and in the digital future.
