Stefan Schröer develops professional training programs for trainees and media professionals at the Grimme Academy and organizes seminars, conferences, and networking events on current topics in media transformation. For many years, he also worked on the organization of film festivals, where he was responsible, among other things, for editorial work and public relations. He is particularly interested in how journalism and media professions are changing — and how high-quality education and professional development can support this transformation.
