Simon Hof has held various positions at RTL since 1997. Among other things, he was editorial director of Extra, department head of content management and has managed numerous large-scale projects. In 2016, Simon Hof founded the verification team at RTL. He is currently responsible for "Journalistic Services" at RTL News, which includes central teams such as News Graphics, the News Archive, the RTL News Academy and the Quality & Evaluation team. Hof is a member of the RTL News Board and steers the core AI team at RTL News together with Sonja Schwetje. Hof is also involved in data journalism and is a systemic business coach.
