Silke Frigge worked as a freelance art historian until 2002, then moved into the photography industry as a picture editor, later becoming a photo director and PR consultant for corporate communication. Since August 2020, she has been managing director of the renowned photo agency laif. Silke Frigge is also a member of the laif cooperative of photographers and an appointed member of the German Society for Photography.
