Rebecca Roth has been working for the organization Neue deutsche Medienmacher*innen e.V. since 2016, of which she is a founding member.
As a project coordinator for mentoring and scholarship programs, Rebecca Roth has successfully supported journalists with migrant backgrounds in establishing themselves in the German media industry.
Prior to this, she worked for over ten years as a freelance radio and TV journalist for public broadcasting stations. She is also a founding member of the German-Chinese Media Network and korientation e.V., a network of Asian Germans in media, culture, and academia.
