Manon Glathe has been in charge of format development at 1LIVE since 2023 and is the lead of the 1LIVE TikTok account. As a format developer and digital editor, she develops new formats, such as most recently the 2nd and 3rd seasons of the 1LIVE Ikonen podcast with Casper and Clueso and “Tahsim's Interview Format” on TikTok for funk. In addition to format (further) developments, she also implements development processes and methods and supervises a team of freelance format developers.
