Johanna Hovestädt works as a change manager at Deutsche Welle in Bonn, supporting change processes at an equal level. In addition to introducing digital tools, she assists teams with structural changes and moderates Deutsche Welle's change network. Her mission is to organize, accompany, and communicate change.
