Jens Milker is a judge at the Administrative Court of Mainz. He studied law in Mainz and Dublin (doctorate on the topic: "The implementation of the right to be forgotten in German law"). His current focus in public law is on the right to be heard. He regularly publishes articles on this subject and is co-editor of a corresponding handbook.
