Jaisal Noor is Program Manager of Training and Curriculum at the Solutions Journalism Network, where he supports newsrooms in transforming their coverage of politics and civic life through rigorous reporting on how communities are responding to their most pressing problems, or “hope with teeth.” An independent multimedia journalist, Maynard 200 alum and FAA-certified drone pilot, his work frequently appears in outlets including the Baltimore Beat, a Black-led local newspaper.
