I'm Fuller’s deputy managing editor, overseeing newsroom operations and impact production. Before that, I've spent my career as a public health and data reporter, with a particular focus on reproductive health and equity. I've spent more than a decade in non-profit news, leading investigations, launching new community engagement products and collaborating across platforms and industries to share stories that not only matter, but also spark change. Before joining Fuller, I worked as an investigative reporter focusing on public health for one of the first non-profit digital outlets in the US South, Mississippi Today, where I was a Knight Foundation fellow and my COVID work helped put national attention on Mississippi’s response to the pandemic. I have received multiple honors for my reporting, including being the inaugural recipient of the Doris O'Donnell Innovations in Investigative Journalism Fellowship, and winning Atlanta Press Club's investigative and Association of Health Care Journalists public health reporting awards.
