Daniel Etter is a photographer, author, and filmmaker. He has won the Pulitzer Prize, a World Press Photo Award, and the Hansel-Mieth Prize, among others. He has spent most of his professional career in crisis regions such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. He lives on a farm in Spain, where he is involved in regenerative agriculture and hopes that his olive plantation will finally produce oil in the next few years.
