Clare Devlin (33) launched the podcast “dreißig” in late 2022 with her colleagues Katrin Feuerstein and Christina Calaminus. Since then, the three have built a media brand and a company around the podcast. The podcast now has over 250,000 monthly streams. On Instagram, the trio reaches a community of over 100,000 women through their @dreissig.podcast channel, where they discuss topics such as wanting children, relationships, dating, mental load, and retirement planning. Through Steady, the community gains access to a monthly newsletter and an exclusive livestream via a subscription model. With the podcast, the three went on their third tour of Germany this year and wrote a SPIEGEL bestseller in 2025 (“30 Things You Don’t Have to Have Achieved by 30”). Before founding the media brand “dreißig,” they spent six years working at their social media consulting firm “folgerichtig,” and Clare also worked as a journalist on camera at WDR. After completing her internship at WDR and earning her degree in journalism from TU Dortmund, she hosted various formats for funk (Mädelsabende on Instagram and Reporter on YouTube) and produced reports for the TV show “Frau tv.”
