Christin Schulz is an innovation editor at German television station MDR with a focus on format development. She is responsible for the development and implementation of new projects and innovative ideas, holds workshops and likes to think about the public broadcasting of the future. In the past, she worked mainly as a video journalist, producing reports, festivals and concerts, as well as spinning up small formats for YouTube, Facebook and the like.
