Barbara Dombrowski, a photographer and artist, studied visual communication in Dortmund, worked in Paris, and now lives in Hamburg. Represented by the photo agency laif, she devotes herself to independent projects on climate change, teaches documentary photography, and serves as a juror and curator. Her award-winning work has been shown in numerous national and international exhibitions. She is a member of the DGPh and serves on the board of laif Genossenschaft der Fotograf:innen.
