Anke Groß is a systemic organizational developer and works as an internal consultant at Hessischer Rundfunk (hr). She advises and accompanies strategy and change processes for hr and ARD. A graduate in business administration, she spent part of her studies as a Fulbright Scholar at Bentley University in the USA, where she gained initial experience in the media. She started her career working as a strategy consultant in the marketing industry and then shifted to Hessischer Rundfunk. There, she worked primarily in the field of music and was head of music at the radio station for 15 years. Among other things, she was involved in setting up the youth station "YOU FM" and in the concept for the content network "funk" of ARD and ZDF. Since 2018, she has been passionate about advising and accompanying her colleagues in change.
