Andreas Schümchen

Andreas Schümchen is a professor of journalism at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, where he is also director of the Institute for Media Development and Analysis (IMEA). He heads the Digital Journalism and Technology degree program and focuses on technology and innovation journalism as well as architecture journalism. Andreas Schümchen was editor-in-chief of the magazine Medien Bulletin and head of the Journalism and Communication Department at the Grimme Institute in Marl, among other positions.
