Adam Polczyk has been working as a freelance cameraman and editor for various institutions and companies since 2003, as well as a lecturer in video journalism, mainly working with school pupils, students, and journalists. Since 2010, he has been working as a multimedia editor in the press office of the University of Cologne, where he is responsible for the university's multimedia public relations work. Since 2024, he has been a member of the board of the Press Network for Youth Issues (PNJ).
