When and under what conditions does solutions journalism resonate most strongly with audiences? This interactive workshop combines new research findings and journalist interviews with a participatory discussion inviting practitioners to reflect on their own experiences. Together, we explore how different approaches to solutions reporting affect audiences. While we draw on climate change as a central case, the insights extend to reporting on complex societal issues more broadly.
