Michael Schwertel is a professor of media management and innovation and works at the intersection of AI, media, and the public sphere. As a keynote speaker and workshop leader, he advises newsrooms, institutions, and companies on issues related to AI and trust. He has been a jury member for the Grimme Online Award (since 2007) and the Grimme Prize (since 2024).
