Lukas studied Media Research at TU Dresden (with a focus on Political Science and Sociology). He works for the nationwide educational initiative SPREUWEIZEN, focusing on outreach and the recruitment of multipliers. In this role, he manages communication within a community of nearly 500 multipliers who conduct workshops at schools across Germany. His bachelor's thesis examined how journalists living in exile perceive press freedom in Germany - a topic that will also be the focus of a live talk featuring a journalist in exile.
