Elisa brings a strong socially critical perspective to her work as an illustrator, activist, and co-founder of The Image of_Birth. Her work explores nature conservation as well as social and political injustices—always with a clear stance against exploitation and in favor of self-determination. As a mother of two, she has spent years engaging with the reality and representation of birth in our society.
