A media and communications professional, Corinna Heyde is an Editor at Deutsche Welle, where she develops international event formats and social media strategy. She teaches media literacy, online journalism, and creative writing, while also working as a freelance journalist. Previously, she spent five years at Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger. She gained international teaching experience at the University of Cambridge and holds a Master’s degree in Theories and Practices of Professional Writing from the University of Cologne.
