Anja Kueppers-McKinnon was born in Australia to German parents and grew up in the UK, so working for an international broadcaster has always felt like a natural fit for her. She works for DW 24/7 English News in Berlin as a presenter and managing editor, and as a trainer for DW Akademie. Her focus is on producing engaging, unbiased news journalism. She’s passionate about any story that offers hope and a sense of connectedness.
